I wonder if it’s due to the Lightning connecter or the iXpand software but I don’t know. It’s been like this since my phone was new so I don’t think it’s phone processing power either. Sometimes it’s quite fast and other times I just feel I can go & make a cuppa and something to eat while it transfers not that many files! As I mentioned above, I’ve gone through a few iOS updates so don’t think it’s that. I haven’t done any measurements so I don’t say this objectively & I can be transferring a couple of files or hundreds in one go. What can I say? It can be very slow to seemingly frozen (often has) during file transfers.
